Why We Ride:
Jean Heuschen loved riding his bike and was a proponent of cycling for the health benefits he enjoyed. He was a leader in the cycling community with his NPC Board service. Jean was larger than life—on the bike, with friends, as an advocate for cycling, and cycling safety. Completing massive rides became a tradition for him and friends. Jean’s goal was to complete 200 miles the year he was taken from us and now it’s Naples Velo’s honor to ride those miles in his memory.
